In the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, under the leadership of the esteemed President Arkadagly Hero Serdar, the scale of measures to establish the principles of a healthy lifestyle is expanding. Special attention is also paid to the development of elite sports, mass physical culture, and all conditions are being created to raise the prestige of Turkmen sports in the world arena.
The "Arkadag" football team was formed in 2023; it successfully competes in the Higher League of Turkmenistan, confidently advancing along a triumphant path. The modern stadium in the city of Arkadag provides optimal conditions for the team to achieve great results.
In 2023, the "Arkadag" football team became the champion of Turkmenistan. At the same time, it demonstrated a brilliant level of preparedness during the national cup tournament and, as a result, became its обладатель (winner/holder).
The "Arkadag" football team also achieves victories in international tournaments.

In the International Year of Peace and Trust, our motto "Sport is an Ambassador of Peace" resonates around the world: sport strengthens friendship, brotherhood, trust, and peace between peoples.
With your successful performance in the international competition, you have raised the authority of our peace-loving Motherland to a higher level.
In the final match, which took place in an atmosphere of intense competition, you displayed particular zeal, determination, and skill, thanks to which you achieved victory and became the обладатель (winner/holder) of the Asian Football Confederation Challenge League.
Your achievements increase the love of youth for sports.

Considering your request to transfer the monetary prize won by the "Arkadag" football team at the prestigious international tournament to the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, we have decided to allocate these funds for the construction of a new building for the Bazar Amanov State Children's Library. The modern library will provide the younger generation with the opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge through a digital system.
As the saying goes, "An educated people will be ahead!" Therefore, all conditions will be created so that children can learn, master new things, and engage in sports and art. Physically strong and spiritually rich children with brilliant knowledge are our future and our happy tomorrow.
